Our compressor airbrush system creates a natural looking flawless tan. Using this system takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete a full body tan. Unlike our turbine HVLP system described below, this system requires additional drying time of 5-10 minutes using a fan. The system is inexpensive and is great for mobile situations.

This system comes complete with a 1/8th horsepower compressor, a 10 foot hose, and a dual action airbrush equipped with a 2 ounce bottle to deliver your clients tan. Dual action refers to an airbrush on which the trigger controls both air and solution. This compressor creates air that is cycled through a hose and distributed through the airbrush. The unit is quiet and lightweight, weighing in at only 12 pounds. Its dimensions are 12” X 6” X 6”. It also includes a built in airbrush holder.

TURBINE/HVLP SYSTEM

Our turbine HVLP system creates a quick drying, flawless, fast application tan. In approximately 3-5 minutes, your client will be completely sprayed. Since the spray gun is spraying warm air continuously, not only are you spraying the client with tanning solution but drying them at the same time, therefore eliminating the drying time needed using a compressor. The most important part of any turbine system is the spray gun. Our spray gun creates a fan pattern that can be adjusted from the size of a pencil eraser to 6 inches. Our spray guns are lightweight, durable and are easy to maintain.

This lightweight (18 lb), portable (12” X 12” X 14”) turbine system comes complete with a two-stage turbine, a 16-foot hose, and an HVLP spray gun equipped with a 4 ounce cup. A two-stage turbine is simply a motor that has two fans rotating at approximately 20,000 rpms. This motor creates warm air that is cycled though the hose into the HVLP spray gun. An HVLP spray gun is a spray gun that delivers “High Volume Low Pressure” air and is used to distribute the tanning solution onto your client.
